Eulinea Ltd was founded in 1997, yes, that is nearly 30 years ago!

Our experience extends not only over a long period of time, but also over every aspect of architecture and design, encompassing commercial and residential work from conceptual design to project management on projects ranging from 6 weeks to 48 weeks duration.

The principal, Irina Hoble-Aldersley, is a member of the Architects Registration Board and has worked for London based large architectural practices as well as for small design led practices specialised in Conservation Areas and Listed Buildings. This enables us to approach every project with an inherent awareness of the 'bigger picture', making it possible to provide solutions that are considered innovative but ultimately encompass the client's aspirations.

We have an extensive portfolio of domestic projects completed for individual clients especially in the Surrey / London area, ranging from small extensions to bespoke houses and conversions.

Eulinea has established a good working relationship with local planning authorities and builders, and has been successful in obtaining planning permission on sensitive sites and listed buildings.

In addition, we have expertise in commercial buildings, from offices through to high end hotels and restaurants (The fit-out of The Shard being one of our prestigious implementation projects in collaboration with a large developer, completed in 2014).
